RunMeet

Founding Crew city-by-city rollout

People first, pace second

You don't need another app. You need a Crew.

Pace and distance are vibe checks, not social pressure. Join runs that feel right, meet the Crew before meetup, and unlock real connections after check-in.

Why RunMeet

Runs should feel social, safe, and easy to show up for.

RunMeet focuses on outcomes: better Crew fit, clearer coordination, and higher-confidence attendance.

Vibe-first discovery

See chatty/quiet, no-drop, newcomer-friendly, coffee-after and more before you RSVP.

Run-scoped coordination

Every run has focused chat that closes after the session so logistics never drown in noise.

Trust without oversharing

No phone numbers, verified runners, and fast moderation when behavior breaks Crew standards.

What RunMeet fixes

Less chaos. Less pressure. Less creep.

WhatsApp chaos

Plans vanish in message floods.

RunMeet keeps each run in its own lane with pinned logistics.

Strava pressure

Performance flex can make social runs feel like tryouts.

RunMeet prioritizes vibe fit so newcomers actually show up.

Dating-app creep

Cold DMs create bad dynamics.

RunMeet allows connection only after check-in and mutual Cheers.

Vibe Filters

Know the vibe before your first mile.

Hosts set fun-factor chips so each run feels predictable in the best way.

Run-scoped chat

Slack-like coordination for each run.

Every run has its own chat and pinned logistics, then closes 2-3 hours after it ends.

Pinned

Meet 6:20 AM at Prospect Park arch. No-drop to mile 5. Coffee vote after check-in.

Ari

Safety and privacy

Trust the Crew without sharing your number.

RunMeet uses verified runners, block/report controls, and fast enforcement for bad-vibe behavior.

  • Verified runners with social vetting and identity ladder
  • No phone number required
  • Block/report with fast moderation action
  • Pack Dot is supporting proof, not the headline

Connections

Cheers first. Connection second.

Connections unlock only after check-in. Mutual Cheers opens the door to stay in touch.

Optional dating intent exists only in connections and never appears in Discover.

After check-in: Send Cheers. Mutual Cheers unlocks connection.

Mutual Cheers

Sharing

Make one invitation feel irresistible.

Every run can generate a polished share card that makes non-users want to join.
